The Ave J & Troy Ave Block Association is a resident-led organization dedicated to strengthening our neighborhood through community engagement, communication, and advocacy. We work collaboratively with neighbors, local organizations, and city stakeholders to address quality-of-life issues, promote public safety, and foster a strong sense of community pride.
